Bechtle BROAD Egg Pasta Noodles

Southern Germany is well known for its egg pastas. Like all Bechtle pastas, only the best raw materials are used for making the Broad Pasta. The best durum wheat semolina available and fresh eggs cracked on a daily basis are used to create this superb pasta dough. The dough is then pressed, cut, and dried. On the plate, this pasta is a real eye opener. Allow yourself and your fork to scoop up the pasta and enjoy.
