Authentic German bread rolls (schnittbrötchen) direct from Munich. Half-baked in packages of one dozen. All baking instructions will be in the package. JUST LIKE BEING HOME!
Despite all manners of shipping (thick-walled cooler, dry ice, cold packs, etc.) it is almost impossible to keep the Brotchen frozen when we ship. Just put them in the freezer when you get them.
Instructions: If frozen, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12-14 minutes. If defrosted, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes.
